For March 9th – Step Two – Aspects of Self: Basic Sanity and the Addict. Guest speaker – Larry Christensen, Ph.D, founder of the Zen Center of Portland.

No experience necessary. All are welcome. No sign up necessary. Drop in to any session. The course is 12 weeks long and goes through all 12 steps from a Buddhist perspective.

Format: Guided and silent meditations based on the book the 12-Step Buddhist, group discussion and optional writing exercises. Guest speakers.
