We're just adding our first summer retreat. This retreat begins on the new moon. We will conduct a purification ceremony during our evening practice session on the first night. The focus for this retreat will be Deepening Present Moment Awareness through silent and guided meditations, walking meditations on the hiking trails, daily yoga (optional) and group discussions. We'll have recommended writing assignments for this retreat as well.

The retreat will be at Breitenbush Hot Springs again this year. It was amazing last year, so we reserved more space in the larger area. Due to national workshops and the success of the book, space is going to go fast. If you’re interested, register soon. The price is still very reasonable.
