Retreat Schedule

12-Step Buddhist Tentative Retreat Schedule

Our theme is a Spiritual Awakening: Opening to the Buddha Within

Men and women will meet together in main room except as indicated by women's activities with Erin and Tysa. These will not conflict with the regular schedule.

Some Breitenbush Lodge activities will be happening along side our retreat but their schedule is tentative. There is a Kirtan event at 8pm on Saturday that is open to all. But we are likely to be in our own activity at this time. 

Friday

4pm-6pm – Registration and Free Time\Hot Tubbing

6pm – Dinner

7pm-7:30pm – Breitenbush Orientation

8pm – Retreat Orientation, Meditation and Introductions (mixed)

9:30pm – Fun Times in main room

Midnight – Candlelight Meditation

Saturday

7:30am – Yoga and Meditation (mixed)

8:00am – Breakfast and free time

10am-12:30 – Meditation and Aspects of Self Dialogs

1pm – Lunch and free time

2pm-4:30pm – Aspects of Self Dialogs

4:30pm – Free time\Hot Tubbing

6pm – Dinner

7:30pm – Meditation and Aspects of Self Dialogs 

9:30pm – Fun Times in main room

Midnight – Candlelight Meditation

Sunday

7:30am – Yoga and Meditation 

8:00am – Breakfast

9am-12:30 – Meditation\Aspects of Self Dialogs
